This policy explains how Constellation Intelligent Technology handles information provided through the website contact channel.
Effective date:
This policy applies to the official website of Constellation Intelligent Technology. The company operates from Taiwan and bases this policy on Taiwan operations and applicable law.
Information is used only to respond to business or technical inquiries, discuss cooperation, maintain customer or partner contact, and make necessary follow-up contact. An email may include a name, email address, company or organization, job title or phone number if provided, subject, message, and related product, solution, or cooperation information.
The website currently provides mailto/direct email contact. Information is handled through email and necessary internal business communication by personnel who need it to handle the inquiry. Necessary email, network, or cloud service providers may assist only when actually used. The website does not create a customer database or store inquiry messages on its backend.
Information is retained only for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and reasonable follow-up. When no continuing business, contractual, legal, or dispute-related need remains, it is deleted or its use is stopped under internal management practices. The primary location is Taiwan; service infrastructure actually used may transmit or process information through systems outside Taiwan.
The website currently does not enable formal analytics or advertising tracking, build advertising profiles, or sell personal data. Necessary technical storage or preferences, if used, support only that function. Any future analytics feature will be handled after formal activation and required consent.
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used, including HTTPS, limiting access to necessary personnel, and avoiding unnecessary recording of sensitive content. Email handling also depends on the user and their email provider; do not send passwords, API keys, or unpublished technical secrets.
Under the meaning of Taiwan personal data law, individuals may request access, copies, supplementation or correction, stopping collection, processing or use, and deletion. Requests may be made through the Contact/business and technical inquiry email channel; reasonable identity verification may be required.
A visitor may choose not to provide personal data, but we may be unable to respond or handle an inquiry without enough information to contact the visitor or understand the request. Visitors outside Taiwan should note that information may be transferred to Taiwan. This policy does not claim comprehensive compliance with every foreign jurisdiction.
